Another Day,Another Post.Tried to Port JB MIUI to our Xperia Pro today. It was fun.So much to learn.Anyway i was Successful,Well,a Little successful but Some progress is better than None.

Anyway,At my first try I got the phone to boot. The network worked, sound worked a Bit..In short everything that worked on CM10 was working in the Port. There was one Main problem:The touch Screen. The Touch Did not Work. There was a Pointer, like a mouse pointer,i could drag the pointer and double click to make things work.As you can imagine that's not the best way to use a touch Screen phone.

On my second try I got the touch Screen to work like usual but it gave me Network not Responding Message.I think i broke the Network Radio.and the home screen hung up after that. That was surprising.Anyway i left it at that today. Will continue trying to port it tomorrow and hopefully will have a working aalpha release in a few Days.

Thats all for today.Stay Tuned for more.

Finally Started my own Blog. Its a good way to share stuff with the world. Now that I Created my Blog I find that I don't have much to write at the Moment.

This Blog will Mainly Be for my Android Application Development Experiences. Those who Know me will not be Surprised by me creating android Applications. I have experience in Poring ROM's and other things on the Android Platform.

The Latest ROM I Ported to the SE Xperia Pro was MIUI Android made by a team of Chinese developers. Its Based on Android, But with A completely Re-Vamped UI and Additional Features.

The Experience was good in Porting the ROM. It took me more than 3 days to fix the Hardware Keyboard light Bug, But in the end it was worth it.

Before that I also created Chroot Linux images for the Android Platform. For those who don't Know Chroot is Like A virtual Machine running inside *nix. I Got is successfully on various Phones.

After the Above now comes the Time to Start Developing Android Application. Right now I am still Reading the Books and Experimenting, But Hope to Start Making Apps Soon.

That's all for Today. More Stuff Coming Soon.
